Women's Bible Fellowship begins Sept. 17/18
What: Interdenominational Women’s Bible Study
Why: To come together as women for times of fellowship, worship and Bible Study as we seek the Lord’s direction for our lives.
The Women’s Bible Fellowship will continue a study of “A Woman’s Heart: God’s Dwelling Place” by Beth Moore. Please consider joining us on Monday evenings or Tuesday mornings. $25 Registration.
Contact Joanna Smith for more information.
Most small groups will be reading the Kingdoms portion of the Immerse Bible. Groups will begin meeting the first week of January.
Kingdoms tells the story of Israel from the time of its conquest of Canaan (Joshua) through its struggle to settle the land (Judges, Ruth) and the establishment of Israel’s kingdom, which ends in a forced exile (Samuel–Kings). The nation of Israel, commissioned to be God’s light to the nations, falls to division and then foreign conquest for rejecting God’s rule.
Now is the time to consider joining a small group to help you grow in your spiritual life. Groups begin meeting for the winter season during the month of January. Small groups allow you to go deeper in your faith and to build strong relationships. Through study, discussion and prayer, small groups are the way to walk with others on your faith journey. Look through the small group flier in the Narthex for more information and how to contact groups. Contact Bill Flechtner if you have any questions.
