Senior Pastor Bill Nylund
Pastor Bill began pastoral training at Western Evangelical Seminary. During his studies, Bill was hired by Milwaukie Covenant for a one-year internship which he completed in the Spring of '91. Bill earned his Master of Divinity degree from North Park Theological Seminary. Bill and family moved to Kearney, Missouri, where he began his first pastorate, serving there until July 1999 when he returned to MCC as Senior Pastor. Bill and wife Kim have three children. They enjoy fishing, skiing and just spending time together.

Youth Pastor Brian Stegner
Brian was born in Albany, NY, but spent most of his years growing up in Oregon. He first got involved in youth ministry his senior year of high school, running youth group games, announcements, and a small group for guys. He then headed off to study youth ministry at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. While he was there, he worked with children in a state-care home. After a year in Chicago he transferred to Briercrest Bible College in Saskatchewan, Canada. He spent three and a half years there, picking up a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry and working with street kids in a youth drop-in shelter. Summers during college he worked with the JRH group in his home church. Brian joined the MCC staff as Youth Pastor in November of 2002. He and his wife Severine have three children. They enjoy hitting the gym, reading, and watching DVD's.

Secretary Tricia Haugen
Tricia was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and came to Milwaukie by way of her husband, Bill. They met at Portland State University where Tricia studied Business Administration and Accounting. Bill and Tricia have two children, Hannah and Billy. Hannah is a senior at Milwaukie High. Billy is in 8th grade at Rowe Middle School. Tricia enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, trips to the Oregon Coast, playing board games, and making craft projects.
