Camp Check-In & Pick-Up
Check-in is at 4pm in the church lobby. Pick-up is at 5:30 in the same place. At drop-off, parents will receive a pick-up card to authorize expedited pick-up without having to show ID. ID’s will be checked against the child’s registration form for anyone who picks up a child without the card.
Family Barbecues & Family Fun Event
Bring your whole family at 5:30 for a barbecue in the field next to the church. Dinner will be followed each week by a special family fun event. Your RSVP helps us to plan/prepare!
What’s the Difference Between Registering and RSVPing?
• Registration forms must be filled out if you are sending a child (or children) to the mini-camp. For your convenience, you can register multiple children from the same household using one form. If you register for a mini-camp, the form will also ask for your RSVP, so you do not need to go to more than one link.
• RSVP is a quick way to let us know if your family will be joining us for dinner or a special event. Please RSVP if you do not have a child registered for the mini-camp but you plan to participate in the dinner or special event.
If you have additional questions, please call the church office.
